I first met Megan when she helped my family sell our parents' home after our mom passed away in 2025. After touring more than ten homes, we found the perfect one. It checked almost every box on my wish list, stayed within the budget I wanted, and Megan successfully negotiated for repairs that the sellers completed before closing. Her knowledge, experience, and negotiation skills made the entire process so much less stressful. What I'll always appreciate most is how supportive Megan was throughout the process. Between ankle surgery last November and a hip replacement this April, getting around wasn't easy. Megan went above and beyond, even helping me physically while we toured homes. She was always honest, patient, and willing to answer every question. She also made sure my kids felt included in the process, which meant a lot to all of us. Losing my mom meant I no longer had the person I would normally talk through a decision this big with. Megan became someone I could completely trust. She never pressured me, always gave honest advice, and helped me feel confident that I was making the right choice. Today, my family and I couldn't be happier. We absolutely love our home, our neighborhood, and our location. I am so grateful to Megan for helping us start this new chapter.
