Another life long Maryland resident, Ann has lived in Catonsville and Federal Hill. She began her real estate career in 2002 in Federal Hill working for Zimmerman Realty who entrusted her at a very young age to manage many of their buyer and seller transactions. She quickly moved into sales becoming one of their top sales people year after year. Ann is clear on what it takes to get a transaction closed and utilizes her vendor resources and close relationships with contractors to her clients benefit! She has a great eye for staging and has helped many on the team prepare a home for sale netting sellers more money and a much quicker sale. Lisa is a mother to three, an active community volunteer, holds a Master’s degree and is happily married to a Certified Real Estate Appraiser who has been appraising residential real estate for 20+ years. . Her and her husband, Jamie live and breathe real estate!
